Check In
Please check in at the spa at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for a relaxed check in, a little decompression time, and to avoid a reduced treatment time.

Payment
We accept cash, visa, MasterCard, and American Express . Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes must be received 24 hours prior to appointments. Any late cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a "no-show". A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation

Gratuities
Gratuities are appropriate and appreciated though not expected. Customarily clients "tip" as they would in a restaurant with an 18% gratuity reflecting good service.

Special Consideration for Pregnant Ladies . . .
Guests who are not under the care of the Birth Spa midwives are asked to bring a note from their health care provider, indicating it is SATISFACTORY for them to participate in our spa services . Please indicate any other medical conditions to your spa therapist.
