them at the Birth Spa or online to use at home.
NUTRITION COUNSELING
We believe that true
health and beauty are created on the inside and flow through to the
entire being from the core. Nutrition is a key element in maintaining
a healthy and radiant body, mind and spirit.
After a thorough consultation with our client, we
will customize a plan including suggestions for diet and exercise, as
well as vitamin and herbal supplementation. Our initial consultation
is a minimum one-hour session.
Please Note: If you are a Birth Spa
midwifery client, Nutrition Counseling is included in your package of
care services.

Body Treatments
At AquaNatal Birth
Spa, we proudly offer the most pleasing body treatments available including
body scrubs, herbal wraps and hydrating wraps.
Body scrubs are the first step to prepare your skin
for other spa treatments. They exfoliate the dead skin cells, stimulate
circulation and leave your skin with a healthy glow. After a body scrub,
your skin is ready for optimal absorption of the healing ingredients
of an herbal or hydrating wrap.
Herbal Wrap
When you receive an herbal wrap, you will be wrapped
in warm (not hot) linens soaked in select botanical herbs, which help
to eliminate toxins.

offers our signature Mama Massage using various techniques including:
Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology and trigger point, specifically for
the “almost pregnant” or pregnant mother.
